The SMM support service allows for extensive event coverage on social media. We send a part of the team to the event in person to hunt for information, create photo content and look for newsworthy stories. A part of the team works remotely: they promptly create visuals, write texts, edit videos, post content and present the audience with it almost in the live mode.

The World Economic Forum in Davos is an annual meeting of the most prominent politicians, leaders, entrepreneurs, intellectuals, journalists and scientists. The brightest minds of the world discuss pressing global issues, look for answers and start initiatives.

It is a tradition for the Victor Pinchuk Foundation to participate in these meetings and host Davos Ukrainian Breakfast. It is obvious that in 2022, Ukrainian issues on the forum were especially relevant, so the Foundation’s work was active and sought after.

The Foundation was also one of the organizers of Ukrainian House in Davos, which was a location for important discussions and lectures.

We had to highlight three topics: traditional Breakfast Discussions, Russian War Crimes House exhibition and work of the Ukrainian House in Davos with daily discussions of officials, entrepreneurs, scientists and journalists.

So, the project required precise timing in order to be on schedule everywhere, process press releases, not forget anything, approve all the quotes and make posts in a timely manner. It also required smooth cooperation of all parts of the team and we, Divchata, succeeded at that.

As part of the project, we styled all the related pages, launched online events, created posts, video announcements, photo and video reports, text and video quotes, Reels, reminder stories and aftermovies.

Targeted ads in spite of blocking And a “Wow!” worthy result

Our goal was to interest Ukrainian and international audiences in the event and bring them in for the live streams. To do that, we launched targeted promotion campaigns on all platforms. And even though the event was related to politics, we managed to create content that was approved by ad filters that usually block political messages. So, we snuck a little politics into these ads, caught and streamlined a global trend of interest in Ukraine and got a mind-blowing ER.
